List

The HubSpot Integration List section displays all company integrations created by the user in a structured tabular format. This view allows users to quickly see details of each integration and perform actions like view or delete.


Table Columns

  • ID
    A unique identifier for each HubSpot integration.

  • Company Name
    The name of the company associated with the integration.

  • Access Token
    The access token used for authenticating API requests to HubSpot.

  • Created At
    The date and time when the integration was created.

  • Action
    Options provided to the user for managing the integration:

    • Edit → Edit the integration access token & company name.
    • View → Open and preview the integration details.
    • Delete → Permanently remove the integration from the system.

Sorting

You can sort the list of HubSpot integrations by clicking on the column headers in the table. Sorting helps in organizing and quickly finding integration records based on different attributes.

Available Sorting Fields

Company NameSorts integrations alphabetically by company name.
Created AtSorts integrations by creation date.

Sorting can be applied in both ascending (A–Z) and descending (Z–A) order.


Row Count (Rows per Page)

The Row Count option lets you control how many records are displayed per page in the integrations table.

Unlike standard systems where you can only select from fixed options (like 10, 25, 50, 100),
in this CRM the user can manually enter any number for rows per page.

For example:

  • If you enter 15, then 15 integration records will be shown on the current page.
  • If you enter 75, then 75 integration records will be shown on the current page.
  • You can enter any number based on your preference.

This gives you full flexibility to decide how many records you want to view at once.
