Overview

The Hypermail section allows you to manage tracking domains and sending domains for your email infrastructure. With Hypermail, you can view, configure, and monitor domains used for tracking and sending emails, ensuring proper authentication and deliverability.

What You Can Do​

  • View Tracking Domains:
    See a list of all tracking domains, their status, usage, and manage them as needed.

  • Sync Domains:
    Use the sync feature to update your tracking domain list with the latest data from Hypermail.

  • View Sending Domains:
    Review detailed information about sending domains, including DKIM and CNAME configuration, to ensure your domains are properly set up for sending emails.

Key Fields​

  • Tracking Domain Id: Unique identifier for each tracking domain.
  • Domain: The domain name being tracked or used for sending.
  • Tracking Domain Status: Current status (Active/Inactive) of the tracking domain.
  • User Level: Permission level associated with the domain.
  • Total Sent: Number of emails sent using the tracking domain.
  • DKIM Confirmed: Indicates if DKIM is properly configured for the sending domain.
  • CName Host/Value: DNS records required for domain authentication.
  • Date Created: When the domain was added to the system.
