When the View icon is clicked for a particular Mail Service from the Action column, a new page opens up that shows a tabbed view.
This page is specific to the selected Mail Service and provides detailed information about it.

There are four tabs available:

1. Detail Tab​

This tab shows the general details of the selected Mail Service:

  • Service Type
  • Domain
  • Email Count

Below these details, there is a Records section which displays DNS/email-related records required by the Mail Service.
The records appear in a tabular format with the following columns:

  • Status
  • Type (e.g., DKIM, SPF, MX, CNAME)
  • Hostname
  • Value

When a Mail Service is first created, the status of these records is set to Inactive.
To make them Active, the user must add the Hostname and Value into their Domain Provider. Once added and verified, the status will change to Active.

At the bottom, there is a Test Button.

  • Clicking this button opens a popup with two fields:
    • Email (required)
    • Content
  • This feature allows the user to send a test email through one of the created email IDs.

2. Stats Tab​

This tab shows email delivery and engagement statistics related to the selected Mail Service.
The data is displayed in a tabular format with the following columns:

  • Accepted
  • Clicked
  • Complained
  • Delivered
  • Failed (Temporary)
  • Failed (Permanent)
  • Opened
  • Stored
  • Unsubscribed
  • Spam Score
  • Created At

At the top of this tab, there is a Fetch Button which allows the user to fetch the latest available statistics.

3. Blacklisted Tab​

This tab shows whether the selected Mail Service’s domain or IP is blacklisted.
It is displayed in a tabular format with the following columns:

  • Known Blacklist
  • Status
  • Last Checked

4. WHM Email Tab​

This tab lists the email accounts created under the selected Mail Service.
The data is displayed in a tabular format with the following columns:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Status (values: Pending, Success, Failed)
    • Pending: Email creation is in progress
    • Success: Email was successfully created
    • Failed: Email creation failed
  • Count (number of emails sent using that email account)
