Cancel

When the Cancel button is clicked from the Actions column in the Mail Batch list, a confirmation popup opens.

Confirmation Popup​

The popup contains two buttons:

  • Cancel – Closes the popup without taking any action.
  • Yes, Cancel – Cancels all the emails that were scheduled in the selected Mail Batch.

Effect of Cancellation​

  • Once confirmed, all scheduled emails in the batch are cancelled.
  • The entire Mail Batch is marked with the status Cancelled.
