View

When the View button is clicked from the Actions column in the Mail Batch list, a new page opens showing the details of the selected Mail Batch.


Website Data List

The page displays a tabular list of Website Data added to the selected Mail Batch. These are the emails that have been scheduled for sending.

Columns

  • ID
  • Mail Service
  • Name
  • Email
  • From Name
  • From Email
  • Status
  • Send at Time
  • History – contains an icon button. On click, a popup opens showing the full history of the email (e.g., when it was scheduled, queued, delivered, opened, clicked, etc.).

Email Status Counts

At the top-left of the list, a summary of email counts is shown, grouped by their status:

  • Scheduled – Emails that are scheduled but not yet in the sending queue.
  • Queued – Emails waiting in the queue to be sent.
  • Delivered – Emails successfully delivered to the recipient’s inbox.
  • Opened – Emails that have been opened by the recipient.
  • Clicked – Emails where the recipient clicked on one or more links inside.
  • Failed – Emails that could not be delivered due to errors (e.g., invalid email address, server rejection).
  • Unsubscribe – Recipients who unsubscribed after receiving the email.
  • Converted – Emails that resulted in a successful conversion (goal achieved, e.g., signup or purchase).
  • Complained – Recipients who marked the email as spam or filed a complaint.

Filters

At the top-right of the list, filters are available:

  1. Status – Filter the list based on email status (Scheduled, Queued, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Failed, Unsubscribe, Converted, Complained, All).
  2. Row Count – Select how many rows to display at once.
